Current Issues in Real Estate (CORE) 3CE
The Washington State Real Estate Commission and the Department of Licensing have adopted rules that require the completion of a minimum 3.0 clock hours of prescribed core curriculum.
The mandatory clock hours must be included in the 30 hours required for all active licensees.

In order to receive credit, you MUST attend the class for its duration. You CANNOT miss more than 15 minutes of class. You MUST have your camera on at all times. YOU must be in a stationary location (you cannot be driving, walking the dog, etc.)
