Before opening our UNbrokerage with my wife of 22 years, Tracie Choate, I spent 15 years as a general contractor and another 11 as a regional manager for a Fortune 500 company.  This experience gives me unique perspective and training that I’ll utilize to deliver exceptional service on your transaction.  From contracts to negotiation, marketing and analytics – I have the skills you need.  More importantly, I am a relationship builder with a heart to serve.  You can expect clear communication, patience, and commitment to support your best interests from start to finish.  

As a lifelong resident of Thurston County, I love our area and all it has to offer.  When not working (my true passion), I enjoy hiking and skiing with my family or visiting the many amazing wineries in our region.  It’s been a privilege to raise my two boys, Austin and Logan, in the same town I grew up in.  As a family, we strive to continually give back to the community that has given us so much.  Helping friends and neighbors achieve their dreams is yet another blessing and I look forward to serving you.
