About
I am a local Washingotn Residant. I was born in Lacey and have lived in yelm for most of my life. Growing up, I attended the Lacey and Yelm schools, graduated from Yelm High school, and went to South Puget Sound and Centralia colleges and then The Evergreen State College. My major was in humanities, with the design your curriculum style of Evergreen College. I was able to focus on my two loves, history and literature. The classes lead me to “Literary Symbolism with historical and Cultural perspectives.” I enjoy being in nature and have worked for two years as a paraeducator in the local schools.
I got into real estate by chance as I was getting out of teaching. My grandmother, who inspires me every day, suggested I try it out, and that was history. I love the networking and the house-matching part of this job. I pride myself on my organization and people skills, so it was an easy transition. I have a strong desire to learn and study the forms and contracts daily to keep myself and my clients as informed as possible. There is no such thing as procrastination in my world, so expect a timely response and a set timeline, which will be communicated. If I have a listing, there will be complete transparency. If I have a buyer, there will be a strong level of communication about the market, and I will ensure the right price and house fit. Most of all, this is a relationship business; I will match your energy and get you to the right people on my team who will effectively respond and deliver the best results.
