Amanda Culp has been an active member of her South Sound community for several years, initially moving to Tumwater in 2007. She is excited to focus her passion, experience, and local emphasis toward making your dreams of homeownership a reality. Her background in information technology, public school district technology management, and office management provides the perfect opportunity to rapidly blend her longtime passion for real estate with her commitment to serve western Washington residents.

With a passion for serving the South Sound area, Amanda Culp is more than prepared to support and guide your home buying and selling needs. As a proud military spouse of more than two decades, Amanda has enjoyed the opportunity to live in more than a dozen communities, both downtown and rural. She has translated this experience to become an expert at organizing, relocating, and establishing her family in new communities.
