In this three clock-hour class, students will learn some interesting facts and cautionary tales when it comes to lesser-known and complicated matters we address in title insurance. 

Items covered are:

-Lack of probate

 -Pending Divorces

 -Trusts

 -Transfer on Death Deeds

 -POAs

 -Minors in Title

 -Bankruptcy and more! 

Upon Completion, students will have a better understanding of what documentation and communication may be necessary when dealing with trickier insurance matters to make for a smoother transaction and closing.
