As a Realtor for going on 9 years, I love to serve with the TCRA Association, and through it my community.   

I was one of the youngest students to receive the BS in Biology from SPSCC my graduating year. I have immense volunteer experience, ranging from donating my time at recycling programs, community outreach, events for youth, professional outreach, and other events aimed towards community growth. Giving back is very important to me and is a center for my career aspirations. I hold a Washington State Real Estate Broker's Licence and work as an independent broker attached to The Choate Group in partnership with Realty One Group Bold. In addition to being a broker there, I am also the Chief Information Officer of the brokerage’s umbrella company, Red Stripe Realty Group LLC. I originally worked as a part-time Branch Manager for RE/MAX Northwest, the 4th largest RE/MAX franchise in the Country, in which I sustained operations for the Tacoma Branch through the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, and then served in a fill-in role for the Full-Time employees at the Olympia and Tacoma Branches. I also have been an event representative for Washington 811 since 2018 , speaking and providing a booth at multiple conventions and events. Some specific groups I have volunteered with would be: The Yelm Chamber of Commerce, Future Business Leaders of America, FFA, Yelm City Government, Citizens for Yelm Community Schools, CenturyLink outreach, and the Food Bank. My job experience started as a concessionist at the Yelm Cinemas in the year 2019. I am currently earning my BA in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from the University of Washington - Tacoma Campus which will be completed by 2023. My background in marketing, leadership, project organisation, and public relations as well as my education in the natural sciences, laboratory studies, and business procedure provides a well rounded nature and positive work ethic for any professional interaction. 

As a lifelong resident of the Pacific Northwest I know all this beautiful area has to offer. I started my real estate career in residential multi-family property management. Over the course of the last 26 years, I have experienced every facet of of residential and commercial property management and sales. I have assisted my clients in achieving their real estate goals while navigating the constraints and possibilities of both hot and slow real estate markets. I have a passion for mentoring brokers and helping them develop thriving businesses of their own.  I have taken this passion and partnered with a company that shares my values and philosophy that “EveryONE wins” opening Realty ONE Group Bold in August of 2021. As a lifelong learner I am devoted to helping both new and experienced brokers discover how they can grow professionally, advance their careers, and achieve their goals. In owning Realty ONE Group Bold with my husband Stan and teaming up with him to assist our clients I am able to enjoy mentoring, coaching and real estate consulting. It is the best of both worlds for me! Away from the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband, being a mom to my amazing two sons, volunteering in the local community, wine tasting, kayaking, hiking, walking my beautiful Australian Shepherds Nala and Belle, or cuddling with our family cats Russell and Wilson.

I am currently serving my fellow TCRA members as the 2025 Immediate Past President.  Prior to being elected as the President-Elect I served on the TCRA Board of Directors as Commercial Director.

For 25 years I have been providing customized, client-centric real estate services for home purchasers and sellers in the South Puget Sound Region of Washington State.
Having lived in Olympia for the past 35 years, I know the nuances of the many eclectic neighborhoods in Thurston County and can provide excellent guidance.
Giving back and paying it forward to my community is important to me. I sit on The Olympia Salvation Army Advisory Board and Lacey Fire District #3 Citizens Advisory Council, and volunteer at the Visitors Information Center on the Capitol Campus, as well as having served in various Leadership positions and local governmental Task Forces over the years.

Born & raised in Olympia, I was literally raised in the real estate industry as a 2nd generation REALTOR®. I pride myself on knowing my community intimately both personally and professionally.
